A: Firstly, you need to make sure that you are logged in to your account. Once you have found a retailer you wish to purchase from, click on the link to the retailer’s website and make your purchase in the normal way. Once your payment has gone through, a “pending” cashback payment should appear on your account within 24 hours.
A: This varies from retailer to retailer. It is either a fixed amount, or a percentage of the amount you spend. Please check the website for details of these cashback rates. Please note: Most retailers do not pay cashback on V.A.T or delivery.
A: There needs to be at least £25.00 in your “confirmed” cashback pot before you can withdraw any cashback. Then simply go to your payments page and click “withdraw”

A: There are 4 possible statuses in your account. These are: 1) Pending. This is when we have been informed by the retailer that you have made a purchase through them, but the money has not arrived yet, for us to pay you your cashback. 2) Confirmed. When we receive the money from the retailer, it is then transferred into your confirmed pot. 3) Ready to Withdraw. Once your confirmed cashback balance reaches £25.00, it is ready for you to withdraw. 4) Declined. Sometimes (very rarely), if you do not follow the terms and conditions of the cashback process, your payment for an item may be declined.
A: Retailers pay a cashback reward to us, for referring your business to them through our website. There is always a “returns period” for items, should you change your mind and decide to return it. We have to wait until after this returns period, as the retailer cannot pay us the cashback until after this expires.
A: The retailer then checks that you have complied with the terms and conditions of the cashback offer. Assuming that everything has been done correctly, they will then pay us the cashback and this will be added to your “Confirmed” pot.
A: The maximum time the process should take is 3 months for normal retail purchases, or 6 months for any financial products, such as insurance. Most of the time, payments are made much quicker than this though.

A: As with most modern online technology, when your card details are entered, it is encrypted on secure webpages using Password Encryption technology as well as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Data Encryption. This means that we are unable to see your card details, as they only appear in encrypted format. We will never ask you to provide the details of your security code or your pin.
